Ryan Powers is Chief Executive Officer of Alloy Holdings and leads strategy, operations, corporate development, and long-term growth across its portfolio, including Checon, Morvillo Precision Products, C&A Advanced Materials, Lee’s Manufacturing, and GSM Metals.

Since joining Alloy in 2021, Ryan has scaled the organization, integrated acquisitions, and aligned teams, supporting Alloy’s growth in power generation, advanced materials, precision manufacturing, precious metals, and international nuclear energy.

He has 22 years of industrial manufacturing leadership, with expertise in multi-site operations, global supply chains, lean manufacturing, S&OP, integration, and transformation. His international experience spans the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas.

Before joining Alloy, Ryan served as Director of Multi-Site Operations at Flow Control Group, where he focused on operational excellence, lean implementation, process improvement, and S&OP.

Throughout his career, Ryan has focused on building organizations that translate strategy into measurable performance through disciplined execution and continuous improvement. He also brings deep experience in precious metals and precision manufacturing, with a strong understanding of the materials, markets, customers, and supply chains that support Alloy’s businesses.

Ryan holds a BS in International Business and Operational Management from Rhode Island College and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
